CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Overview
This role is taking responbility to monitor and supervisor site civil and structural activities to ensure such activities are cinducted in a safe and timely manner in order to support success of project implemention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising activities to ensure work process going smoothly, correct, safe and cost effective.
- Directing and ensure safe work environment in the work area at all times, also all store business work process and activities are all done in safe work practices.
- Develop and follow JSA for all tasks.
- Assist Site Engineer with on going work schedule, Including parts, material, and man power to be incorporated in the BMP short term detailed execution plans.
- Compose reguler reports required in timely manner.
- Examine and Investigate all variances to minimize loss in both cost and time consumed.
- Proactively identify defect and register it via work request in order to have an appropriate and prompt action.
- Develop and determine work procedure, work load balance, also coordinate work unit with other departments.

Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. High School Graduates which experinced are welcome to apply.
- Prossess broad knowledge in civil/structural system, with minimum 5 years of work experience in heavy civil construction from reputed mining company.
- Have good analytical and creative mindset, also ability to manage the civil work system.
- Have good leadership and supervisory skill, proactive safety attitude.
- Hold a POP certificate and valid SIM A.
- Familiar in using Ms. Excel and compose report.
- Good in english, both oral and written.
- Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
