WE'RE HIRING
SENIOR SHORT TERM PLAN ENGINEER

Purpose of the Role:
* Running for daily execution plan base on the weekly: fleet setting or line up, drilling, blasting, digging, dumping, project, material flow handling and all associates plan related to the Mining Operations.
* Day to day face with Operational team to ensure the planning is well executed.
* Understanding of the execution/stage plan and communicated to the Mine Ops team.
* Daily Inspection: pit, waste dump, haul road, drainage, cross fall, sump etc.
* Implement dewatering plan and dry season project.
* Running the 3MP alignment to budget or forecast.
* Ensure the Short - Term Mine Planning development is meet with standard, operational, safety and other good mining practice aspects, (implement of good mining practice as per regulations).
* Coordinate and presenting the daily and weekly in planning meeting.
* Liaise with other technical team survey, geology, geotechnical and drill-blast.
* Liaise with other department related to operational, environmental, process team, project and other department.
* Review Planning vs actual (PDCA) to achieve the production goals and comply with the planning.
*Production monitoring and review, Liaise with Production team and Operational to get productive, effective and yet safety in Operations.
* Daily activity report.
* Ensure acid mine drainage procedures are followed.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering.
* Have min, 7 years of work experience in Mine Plan, with min. 3 years in supervisory level from reputed mining company.
* A POP certified.
* Mastered in set-up all production report and fleet management system.
* Advanced in Ms. Excel.
* Familiar using mining software.
* Communicate well in english, both oral and written.
* Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will fully accomodated to PoH).
