Looking for Passionate Talents on:

=> Translator Bahasa - Hindi - English (Placement in Bengalon - Kalimantan and Jambi Office)
=> Translator Bahasa - Tamil - English (Placement in Bengalon - Kalimantan)
=> Translator Bahasa - Spanish - English (Placement in Balikpapan)

Role & Responbility

=> Being an intermediary communication between Indonesia employees with expatriate employees, ensure they're both understand the convertional, expression
=> Help director to ensure translation meets their needs
=> Responbility for all relevant language needed translation from daily conversation needs to write technical document if needed

Qualification

=> Candidate must at least a Diploma or Bachelor's from relevant study
=> Able to read, listen, write in a language required and convert to Bahasa and English (vice versa)
=> At least 2-3 years of experience in the same position
=> Able to work in a team or with minimum supervision
=> Have an excelllent interpersonal & well communication skills
=> Willing to placement in Bengalon, Balikpapan, and Jambi

Trainer

1. Operator Trainer
2. Mechanic Trainer

Requirement

=> Age Maximum 45 years
=> Experience minimal 2 years with similiar job
=> Have a TOT certification and another related certifications
=> Able to conduct training class and have a conselling skill
=> Familiar with heavy equipment system (1) or heavy equipment mechanical systems (2)
=> Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving, and adaptable skill
=> Understand the regulations regarding of mining industry
=> Preferable from coal mining industry
=> Preferable have POP Certification

Kualifikasi

=> Usia Maksimal 45 Tahun
=> Minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan / relevan
=> Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di posisi yang sama (2,3,4)
=> Berpengalaman minimal 10 tahun sebagai Mine Engineer (1)
=> Familiar dengan software Minescape (Strat Model/Open Cut), Spray, Xpac
=> Memiliki sertifikat POP lebih di utamakan (1,2,3)
=> Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
=> Memiliki kompetensi dalam desain pit, perencanaan tambang, management project, management contractor (1,2)
=> Memiliki pemahaman yang baik dalam operasional tambang & K3
=> Mampu mengoperasikan computer dan Microsoft Office
=> Diutamankan berpengalaman di industri tambang batu bara
=> Bersedia di tempatkan di Mandiangin, Jambi & Sumatera Selatan

Facility

=> Facility Supervisor
=> Technician

Coal Dispacth

=> Coal Dispatch Foreman

=> HR Site Supervisor
=> People Development and Talent Acquisition Superintendent

Mine Production

=> Mine Production Supervisor

Land Camp & External Relation

Kualifikasi

=> Berpengalaman minimal 3 Tahun di posisi yang sama
=> Memiliki sertifikat POP lebih di utamakan
=> Mampu mengoperasikan unit alat berat (mine production supervisor)
=> Berpengalaman mengelola camp boss (Facility Supervisor)
=> Mampu mengoperasikan computer dan Microsoft Office
=> Diutamakan berpengalaman di industri tambang batu bara
=> Bersedia di tempatkan di Mandiangin, Jambi & Sumatera

Human Resources Team

1. TA Administrator

Requirement

=> Pria
=> Maksimal Usia 27 Tahun
=> Pendidikan terakhir S1 semua jurusan
=> Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai PD staff lebih diutamakan atau di bidang HR Staff (1,2)
=> Fresh graduate dipersilahkan melamar (1)
=> Memiliki motivasi belajar dan kemampuan beradaptasi yang baik
=> Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara individu dan dalam tim
=> Mampu mengoperasikan computer dan Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
=> Bersedia di tempatkan di Mandiangin, Sarolangun, Jambi (2)
=> Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
